How soon does New Vision mail us the CDs upon our ordering?
Typically, we'll ship the CDs out the same day you order and almost always by the next day.

What ways can we go about ordering?
You may order online using a credit card or debit card.  We use Paypal for accepting payment, so anyone with a credit card/debit card can make a payment, regardless if you are registered with Paypal or not.  A few years back, Paypal made it so that anyone with a credit card can make payments without needing to register with them.  This makes it really easy to order for everyone.  You may also call us at 1-888-443-2974 and make an over-the-phone order.

We also accept checks.  If you prefer, feel free to add up the price of your order (shipping is free) and send us a check with a list of CDs you are ordering.

Can we order just a few CDs to start out?
Yes, feel free to order a few to start out and then order more later.  We recommend ordering at least a few CDs to make it worth your time, but most importantly order what's best for you and meets your needs.  The more CDs you order, the more "in-store play demos" we'll send you. Plus, you can receive a free display (See details).

Do you offer in-store play demos, which helps us sell the CDs?
Yes, we always throw in a few in-store play demos along with your order.  The more CDs you order, the more demos we'll typically add to your shipment.  So, for example, if you were to order 4 copies of 3 different titles, we'll usually get you an in-store play demo of two of the three titles you ordered, since we have demos in stock for most of our titles.

Your website says if we order 6 CDs, we get a free CD display -- do all of the CDs have to be the same, or can I purchase 6 different ones?  
You may purchase any combination of CDs you like to receive the free CD display.  The only requirement is that 6 total CDs are ordered.  

Does the free shipping also apply to International orders?
Yes, the free shipping applies to all orders.  We do, however, prefer that overseas orders include a minimum of 8 CDs since the shipping costs are higher for us. 

Is the "Sale Price" of each CD, as shown in the online Catalog, the same as the Wholesale price to stores?
Yes, the price listed for each item is the wholesale price.  Most distributors offer a 40% discount from retail, while we offer around 43 to 50% off retail on most titles.   

I do not have a store front, but I am a massage therapist in need of music for my business.  Do I qualify for wholesale pricing?
Yes, both retailers (stores) and all the various therapeutic healers and practitioners, be it massage therapists, chiropractors, healers, psychologists, reiki masters, acupuncturists, and so on, all qualify for the prices listed on this website.

Do you take returns?
Like many smaller wholesale distributors, we typcially do not take returns for unsold product.  If, however, you have a lot of unsold product and want to sell them back to us at a reduced bulk price, we will certainly consider it upon request.
