Inspired by Brent Lewis’ moving visit to Bongo Bob Herrera, a percussionist in Costa Rica, Jangala is Brent Lewis' newest CD release. The album features Lewis’ masterful use of his melodic drums along with a supporting cast of professional musicians, such as Bongo Bob Hererra (Percussion), Bobby Zee (keyboards), Mic Gillette (Horns), Bill McPherson (Guitar), Gilbert Hansen (Bass) and Bobby Furgo (Violine).

Master drummer Brent Lewis has created a new dimension in music, using his one and only melodic drums (tuned to the notes of the piano) as the lead instrument surrounded by beautiful counter point melodies and harmonies.
